How can I add designations for employees?

Within an educational institution, diverse roles and responsibilities characterise the employee landscape. Recognising the necessity to align with the specific operational framework of each school or institute, the capability to incorporate distinct designations emerges as paramount. This adaptability ensures that the system accommodates the unique hierarchy and functions prevalent within the educational setting, thereby promoting an optimal and tailored approach to employee management.

In case you would like to add a new designation for an employee, kindly navigate to ERP → Human Resource → Employees → Add New Employee → Designation → Create Designation. The designation that you will create will be reflected in the drop-down menu.
