How can I filter visitors' information?

Filtering a specific visitor's information on the Campus 365 web platform can be important for several reasons, including:

  • Saving time: If you have a large amount of information on the platform, filtering can help you quickly find the ones that are most relevant to your needs. This can save you a lot of time and effort
  • Improved data analysis: By filtering specific leads, you can also gain insights into their behavior and preferences, which can help you optimize your day-to-day tasks. This can lead to better decision-making and improved overall performance
  • Better organization: Filtering specific leads can also help you keep track of your interactions with them, ensuring that you don't miss any important opportunities or forget to follow up with them in a timely manner

To filter a specific visitor's information, navigate to Dashboard > ERP > Visitors > Search Options

Note: Either the source (online or walk-in) or the time range could be used as the basis for the filter.
