How can I keep the records of Incoming and Outgoing Calls?

You can keep track of each and every call made by the system and admission counselors thanks to Campus 365's call records. It is the procedure for gathering, examining, and capturing data over phone calls. This makes it easier for management to keep track of all incoming and outgoing calls made every day.

  • To access the call logs feature, navigate to ERP > Reception Desk > Call Logs

  • To add a new incoming or outgoing call log, click on the Log New Call button:
