After entering the journal's information, it will appear under Manage Journal. There are specific actions you can take in relation to a specific journal. These actions are as follows:
- Edit Journal Information: You can easily edit the journal's information with the help of this action if you want to change anything
- Delete Journal: Unwanted journal records can be removed with this
