How do I add purpose types to my instance?

There must be a purpose for a visitor's arrival at reception. There will already be some purposes added when you try to generate a gate pass; however, if you would like to add more, please use one of the following two methods:

• Navigate to Dashboard > ERP > Reception Desk > Setting. Under Setting, certain options will be available from where you can add the purpose

• Navigate to Dashboard > ERP > Reception Desk > Visitor > Add Purpose Types
