The Campus 365 web platform allows you to integrate and send WhatsApp notifications directly from your Campus 365 instance using pre-approved templates.
The following is the information that we will require from you during WhatsApp integration:
Facebook Business Manager ID: Your business ID corresponds to your business manager on Facebook. It is a 16-digit number that uniquely identifies your business on Facebook
Name of the Business
WhatsApp Business Number (a unique number that is not registered on WhatsApp)
Authorize signatory details: Name/Designation, email id, Phone number
Finance Authorize Person Details: Name, Designation, E-mail ID, Phone Number
