How do I create additional employee roles?

The institute likely accommodates various users, each of whom may have different roles and responsibilities. To address this diversity, Campus 365 has introduced a feature that allows you to establish distinct user roles. With this functionality, you can then easily assign these roles to the appropriate employees based on their specific responsibilities and requirements.

To do so, kindly navigate to General Settings → User Roles → Create a New User Role 

Once user roles are assigned, you can also manage the users in the users section in general settings only.
